Bill Mooi

Bill brings a calm, steady, and people-first approach to everything he does. As Warehouse Manager at CBT Logistics Group, he oversees day-to-day warehouse operations supporting a global customer base, while leading by example and fostering a strong team environment. Originally from Chicago, Bill carries the strong work ethic and straightforward mindset the Midwest is known for. With warehouse experience dating back to 1989, he has built a reputation for reliability, teamwork, and accountability. His background as a U.S. Army Veteran further shaped his commitment to integrity and doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Outside of work, Bill is a devoted family man. He is married and the proud father of 18-year-old twins who add plenty of energy and humor to daily life. Bill is a lifelong sports fan and roots for all things Chicago.

Whether at home or on the job, Bill values connection, respect, and helping others succeed. Drawing on his love of sports, he thrives in team-based environments, is quick to take accountability when challenges arise, and consistently recognizes his team for a job well done.
